The Vitaliya Infant Airway Obstruction Training Manikin is designed to train healthcare professionals and first responders in managing foreign body airway obstruction in infants. The anatomically accurate model allows trainees to practice back blows, chest thrusts, artificial respiration, and airway opening techniques in choking emergencies.
This training manikin is ideal for medical colleges, nursing institutions, pediatric emergency training programs, and hospital simulation centers.

Application | : Medical Colleges, Hospitals, Nursing Institutes, Pediatric Training Centers |
The Vitaliya Infant Airway Obstruction Training Manikin is designed to help healthcare trainees practice life-saving choking rescue procedures for infants. Because infants have underdeveloped airway structures, they are more vulnerable to foreign body airway obstruction during everyday activities such as crying, laughing, or placing objects in their mouths.
This training model allows learners to practice back blows, chest thrusts, artificial respiration, and airway management techniques in a safe and controlled environment. By simulating real emergency scenarios, the manikin helps improve the confidence and response skills of healthcare professionals and first responders.
This training model is widely used in medical colleges, nursing schools, pediatric emergency training programs, paramedical institutes, and hospital simulation labs.
• Position the infant so that the head is lower than the trunk.
• Place the infant across the rescuer’s arm with proper head support.
• Deliver 4–6 firm back blows between the shoulder blades to create pressure in the airway and remove the foreign body.
• Place the infant in a supine position across the rescuer’s arm, keeping the head slightly lower than the trunk.
• Perform 4–6 chest compressions using two fingers between the nipples.
• Both techniques may be alternated until the obstruction is cleared or the infant becomes unconscious.
Allows practice of rescue breathing and external chest compression during infant airway emergencies.
Designed to simulate a realistic infant airway structure for accurate training scenarios.
Supports training for airway opening and chest compression techniques.
Provides visible chest rise when the airway is successfully opened, helping trainees confirm proper technique.
Simulates infant choking scenarios caused by airway blockage, enabling effective first aid training.
Constructed using durable medical simulation materials designed for repeated professional training use.
